"Remember when the baby used to be in mommy's tummy? And mommy's tummy was big? And we used to sing to it?"

"Yup."

"She's not in there anymore. Now mommy's tummy is little again. Flat as a pancake."

"It's still big."

"Nora! It's not big!" 

"Well. It's not flat as a pancake."
